I work as a Facilitator at the Encounter School of Ministry, and I absolutely love it.

I’m also a Certified Leadership and Talent Management Coach with two decades of experience in marriage ministry. Additionally, I hold certifications in administration and accompaniment of Clifton Strengths®, Golden Personality, and Conflict Dynamics assessments.

My training also includes programs from the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Unbound Ministries, and the Theology of the Body Institute.

Alongside my husband, I co-founded Transformed Marriages, where we lead the marriage ministry and preparation program at Ave Maria Parish. We are certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitators.

Through Transformed Marriages, we have helped hundreds of couples and individuals in understanding and embracing God's plan for their lives and families.

I genuinely love serving others and contributing to the expansion of God’s Kingdom, as strive to live under the guidance of the Holy Spirit and utilize the gifts He has given me.

Formation

Karla is an alumni of Encounter School of Ministry.

Karla is also Certified by Human Formation Coalition HFC in Clifton Strengths® Accompaniment.

Among other certifications, Karla earned her Leadership & Talent Management Certification from the Workplace Coach Institute (WCI) in 2013 and she trained at Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI), both of which are International Coaching Federation (ICF) approved credentialed Institutes.
